When school started in the late summer, I lost part of my writer's groove. I sort of stayed on the highway, but oh my, was my direction skewed. I was writing nothing but lesson plans, lessons, and comments such as "Nicely done." Thanks to the Mission Inn writers and our mountain writers, I finally managed to tap out a few lines though, that warmed my writer's soul--7 Friends Vignettes, 100 Word Story (Crazy Eyes), and just for fun, a schnauzer doggerel. Our time together means growth!
